Season Bingo Review

Online since: 2015

There’s many themes out there that we feel make a successful iGaming label and Christmas wouldn’t be one of them, and yet that’s the theme Season Bingo has decided upon. As curious as this decision is, it could explain why few know of this 2015 launched website – perhaps it just doesn’t work? We’d like to think that this isn’t the case, due to the fact that Dragonfish is the main software of the website, but you never know what curveballs a brand is going to throw at you. This could be your way of having Christmas all year round, thanks to Cassava Enterprises, but let’s wait and see before we make any snap decisions.

Promotions at Season Bingo

All new customers are rewarded with a deposit bonus worth 300%; although this is quite a large promo to be awarded, such bonuses are common place within the iGaming scene. To get that extra money into your account, you’ll need to allocate a minimum amount of £5, a charge that’s much smaller than what other websites offer. Of course, just because the pay-in is cheap doesn’t mean that the wagering requirements match, as the number for SeasonBingo is x4 for the bonus and x4 for the deposit.

  • Welcome offer: 300% first deposit bonus
  • 150% second deposit bonus
  • 100% third deposit bonus
  • Diamond Club

This wagering requirement covers the reload bonuses that follow as well, should you take the plunge and make a second and third deposit. In an unusual move, whereas we didn’t need to utilise a promo code when making the first deposit, we need to when making the second and third allocation, using ‘TWO’ and ‘THREE’ during the process. Their worth starts at 150% and then reduces down to 100% on the third transaction, with both of them capped at a maximum bonus of £100.

As you can all see, this is a great newcomers package, but that doesn’t mean much to those of you who have become existing customers and have therefore surpassed the newbie stage. The thing is, while there are rewards for all users to activate, most of them are related to bingo games and the rooms they play in, such as 1p Bingo. As you may have suspected, this is a bonus that grants you access to bingo that costs no more than one penny every single day. And best of all? A jackpot of £50 can be secured if you’re one of the lucky ones.

Finally, we come to the VIP membership that Season Bingo offers, called Diamond Club. Not much is said about this upon the homepage, but you can find all the necessary info inside the terms and conditions. To make your way to the top of the levels, which finish at Platinum, you need to deposit a set number of money, specifically over £5,000.

Games and Software

Softwares: Dragonfish, Eyecon and NetEnt

Just like with the bonus page, there’s no games displayed on the home screen, which is a poor decision for the creators to make, because of how closed off the website feels to anyone other than a member. Despite this being the case, we went above and beyond to find out what rooms you can play inside and what type of bingo you’ll be rewarded with when doing so. We’re sad to say that it’s mainly 75 and 90 ball bingo, which is all too common for iGaming websites these days, and so there’s little diversity. In spite of this, you can visit the rooms of Daily Jackpot and Free Bingo, as well as the special VIP section.

In addition to this, there’s the casino section of Season Bingo, yet another staple of the Dragonfish brand; there’s never too many options, but it proves sizeable enough when you need a break from bingo activities. These games often come from NetEnt, though there’s also Eyecon titles as well, with both of the labels seen as first rate software developers. Should you decide to register going off of this, you’ll be able to play some of the games for free, though other titles will require you to use real cash.

Banking

Banking options: Visa, Paysafecard, and Neteller

For your convenience, there’s a table of payments that can be accessed via the Banking page that’s linked at the bottom of every webpage. Once there you’ll see that there’s Visa, Paysafecard, and Neteller available, with each of the methods having its own set of perks, like being able to process in SEK, EUR and GBP. To put such transactions in place, you need to deposit £5 into your account or have that amount ready to be withdrawn.

The only real downside we can see about the withdrawal policy is that it can be a lengthy process, one which can take as many as 10 working days. On the other hand however, it can also be a matter of three or less days before the money comes it, with it all depending on the method you’ve chosen. This is true of most iGaming sites, and therefore is an important part of the banking process to consider before proceeding any further.

License

Season Bingo, being the respectable website that it is, has a dual license active at this time, with it having been in place since the brand launched in 2015. Both of these licenses come from two different governing bodies, chiefly that of the Government of Gibraltar and the UK Gambling Commission.

Support and Contact Details

As we’ve detailed in one way or another, there’s numerous sections of information for customers to access should they need to. However, none of these pages seem to work as efficiently as the customer service methods listed by Season Bingo, like the email, live chat and telephone.

Every one of these methods are open from 10am until 2am, with the live chat only available if you visit the bingo chat rooms, which means that you need to be a member to seek assistance in this way. Of course, for more easy to use options, you can use the email and/or toll free phone line for UK players.

Social Channels

We tried for quite some time to find any mention of social media, but Season Bingo seems to be located in a void somewhere. Given the age of this label, it makes sense that it’s not active on too many accounts, or any at all, though we still think it’s a shame to see a three year old brand ignoring a large part of what their audience values.
